1. In short
DIDOSHE OS uses three kinds of cookies: strictly necessary ones the service needs in order to work, functional ones that remember your preferences, and analytics and marketing cookies that measure how the site is used.
The analytics and marketing cookies are set by Google and Meta. They are not strictly necessary and do not run without your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time (see section 5).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a site. It is used so the site can recognize you on the next page. When we say "cookie" in this policy, we also mean local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) technologies, which serve a similar function.
3. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the site and the application to work. They keep your session open and carry out security checks. (Whether the language preference cookie belongs in this category or in the functional category is left open in section 4.) They cannot be turned off; if they are, you will not be able to log in to the application. No prior consent is needed for these cookies.
Functional cookies. These remember your preferences: your interface language, the language chosen on the public booking page, and whether voice booking is switched on. They are not strictly necessary; if they are switched off, these preferences reset on every visit.
Analytics cookies. We use these. Through Google Analytics we measure, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and how visitors move through the site. This measurement is used as aggregate statistics, not on an individual basis.
Marketing/advertising cookies. We use these. Through the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel we measure whether our advertising works. These cookies may also allow us to show our ads to people who have previously visited our site.

The session cookie is written to the whole didoshe.co domain so that you can move between the marketing site and the application.
These three items only remember your preference; they contain no personal data, are not used to track you across other sites, and are not shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the service to work and are not subject to consent. They cannot be switched off; if they are, you cannot sign in to the application.
Analytics and marketing cookies. These cookies are not loaded until you give your explicit consent. On your first visit a notice bar appears at the bottom of the screen, where you can accept or reject them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the two options are equally visible. If you reject, none of these cookies run; nothing about the site or the application stops working.
The bar is shown to all visitors, regardless of the country you are in.
Changing your choice. If you later want to change your decision, click the "Cookie preferences" link at the very bottom of the page to reopen the bar, withdraw your consent, or allow cookies you previously rejected.
Your consent is always obtained in advance. Continuing to browse, scrolling, or closing the bar does not count as acceptance; consent is given only when you press "Accept".
6. Third-party cookies
We do not place third-party tracking or advertising cookies ourselves. The cases below are exceptions, because they take you onto another company's infrastructure.
Some actions send you to another company's page or load that company's component. In these cases, that company's own cookies may come into play, and they are not under our control:
- Stripe — The payment page opens on Stripe's own domain (
checkout.stripe.com). Stripe's fraud-prevention cookies are written there, on Stripe's domain. None of Stripe's scripts run on our domains. - WhatsApp / Meta — When you click a WhatsApp link, you are taken to WhatsApp's own page.
Our site does not use embedded maps, videos or externally loaded fonts. The fonts we use are served from our own servers, so your browser does not make a request to a third-party company.
For these companies' cookie practices, you need to look at their own policies.
7. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Remember that if you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in to the application.

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
8. Changes
We may update this policy. When we add a new type of cookie, we will update the table and, if needed, the consent mechanism accordingly; we announce material changes at least 30 days in advance.
