How long is the trial period, and is a credit card required?
You can try DIDOSHE OS free for 30 days. No credit card information is requested during signup — no charges are made during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime, with no long-term commitment. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed via credit/debit card through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on DIDOSHE OS servers.
How secure is my client and studio data?
All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (256-bit SSL), and access is isolated with row-level security so that each studio can only see its own data.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter includes the appointment calendar, the public online booking page, client management, the service catalogue, resource management and commissions for up to 3 staff. Professional adds income and expense tracking, receipt scanning, products and inventory, session packages and WhatsApp notifications, and raises the staff limit to 10. Premium adds unlimited staff, the voice booking assistant, the spoken morning briefing, the daily revenue report and priority support.
How long does setup take?
After signing up, you can define your services, staff, and resources (room/chair/bed) in just a few minutes and start taking appointments — no separate setup process is required.
